Kelly Clarkson has been forced to delay plans for a honeymoon after she weds her fiance Brandon Blackstock later this month because she will be too busy promoting her new holiday album.

The couple is preparing to exchange vows in a low-key ceremony before the end of October, but the “Since U Been Gone” hitmaker admits she has to get back to work soon after she becomes Mrs. Blackstock.

She told “Good Morning America,” “We’re doing it (the wedding) real small in Tennessee… (but) we have a Christmas record coming out… (so) we are not slowing down.”

Clarkson’s first Christmas project, “Wrapped in Red,” will hit retailers in America on Oct. 24.
