Meet the new neighbor: Kardashian buys Bieber’s crib

Justin Bieber has made a $1.2 million profit on his Calabasas, California home after selling the mansion to reality TV star Khloe Kardashian.

The “Baby” hitmaker moved out of the luxury pad in January and relocated to Atlanta, Georgia after police raided his home as part of a vandalism investigation following an “egging” attack on a neighbor’s estate.

It was the latest in a number of run-ins with locals in the gated community, where he had previously been accused of holding loud parties and speeding down residential roads in his sports cars.

However, Bieber has now managed to offload the property to Kardashian at the inflated price of $7.2 million after previously buying the home for around $6 million in 2012, according to TMZ.com.

Kardashian’s new purchase follows another celebrity house swap – she sold her marital home in Tarzana, California to newlywed actress Kaley Cuoco earlier this year after filing for divorce from her estranged husband Lamar Odom.

The “Keeping Up With the Kardashians” star will already be familiar with one of her new neighbors in The Oaks – her sister Kourtney recently bought retired sports star Keyshawn Johnson’s home nearby.
