PHOENIX (AP) — 911 — what’s your emergency? No hash browns! A couple called 911 after they didn’t get hash browns with their breakfast order at a Phoenix-area McDonald’s.

Michael and Nova Smith tell KNXV-TV they called the emergency number because the McDonald’s managers weren’t any help. The managers are accusing the Smiths of assault and disorderly conduct for throwing food at employees.

When the managers refused to give her hash browns or her money back, Nova Smith says she threw her bag of food in their direction.
